By creating, uploading, saving, or submitting a design using the online designer, you confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use, reproduce, and commercialize all content included in your design.
You grant the fulfillment partner a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submitted design solely for the purposes of:
Producing the ordered products
Fulfilling, packaging, and shipping your order
Creating proofs or previews required to complete production
Storing the design temporarily as required to operate the service
This license is limited to order fulfillment and service operation only and does not transfer ownership of your design.
You retain full ownership of your design and underlying intellectual property.
The fulfillment partner does not claim ownership, resale rights, or creative rights to your design.
No rights are granted beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill your order.
You confirm that:
You hold commercial reproduction rights, not just personal or non-commercial rights
Your design does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights
If a copyright owner, trademark holder, or other rights holder contacts the fulfillment partner regarding your design, they may be directed to you as the responsible party
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the store and the fulfillment partner from any claims, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from your submitted design.
The fulfillment partner reserves the right to refuse, remove, or cancel any design or order if there is a reasonable belief that the content infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws or platform guidelines.
Refunds for cancelled orders may exclude costs already incurred.
